1. Why should I join as a member? It is free?

Yes, it is free to join us as our member. We provide our member with 12 Number Checking Service (NCS). Members get to participate in our forum, subscribe to results and get rewarded for the NCS strike*.

2. Why I cannot login after registration?

If you cannot login after registration, the most likely reason is because you have not activate your account. To activate your account, you need to follow the instructions on the activation mail we sent you via your registered email. Please check your mail box for your acitivation mail.

3. Why I did not receive NCS SMS Alert from CheckNumbers?

If you did not recieve NCS SMS Alert from CheckNumbers even when your Number Check have striked, the most likely reason is because you have not activate your mobile number.

You can check on whether your mobile number have been activated through your profile. Login and access your Update Profile.

We only SMS to Gold Member that have mobile phone registered in SIngapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia or Hong Kong. If you think that we should include your country, you can email us and we will try to see what we can do.

4. Why should I upgrade my membership plan?

Upgrade your membership to Gold Membership and gain access to Good For Next Draw. Gold Member will also have its Number Checking Limit increased from 12 to 120.
